FAQ

Do I need to be around when you clean my home or business?

We prefer you to be there, especially if this is your first service with us. This ensures proper communication, feedback, and customer satisfaction. You can however give us a key that we will safely store in a locked box, which will only be accessed when it comes time for your scheduled service. Other arrangements may be made if you are unable to be there.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We bring both our own supplies and equipment, however if their is something special that you would prefer us use, just let us know and we will use your product instead.

Do you offer a gift certificate?

Yes we do. These are issued in $25 increments with a maximum amount of $500. We can send this out via email the same business day if you need them in a hurry, through the mail on nice looking card stock paper, or you can even arrange to pick it up here at our office. All gift certificates are non-refundable and expire within 1 year of the purchase date, so please remember to use them before they expire.

Do you offer same day or next day service?

Yes we offer both. Same day services need to be scheduled no later than 10:30 AM for that same day and is billed a $25 priority service charge. Next day service needs to be scheduled no later than 2:00 PM the day in advance and is billed a $15 priority service charge.

How long will it take to clean my home or business?

This depends on the level of clean needed, the package deal you select, along with several other various factors. In short, a first time clean for a 1,600 square foot home can take approximately 4 hours.

How many people will be cleaning my home or business?

This depends on the size of the job, but typically, most jobs there will be 1-2 people.

If something is missed, what can I do about it?

We are all human, and sometimes can make mistakes. We do offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which means if you call us within 24 hours, we will correct our mistake at no cost to you.

What happens if I accidentally lock out Exult Cleaning Services from my home or business?

Showing up at your home or place of business with no way to get in is never a pleasant experience for either one of us. We offer a key holding solution where we lock up your key in our office that way things like this never happen, but if it does, we do charge a lock out fee of $25. Our time is valuable just like yours.

What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

Simply call us. Things happen, we understand this. We ask that you at least give us a 1 business day notice otherwise a fee may apply.

What should I do about my security or alarm system the day of cleaning?

If you have a security system, please make the necessary arrangements to give us access to your home or business on your scheduled day of service. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for us to utilize.

What should I do with with my pets when you come to clean?

Pets are always a welcomed part of the family, but in order for us to clean your home or business with the utmost efficiency, we ask the you have a way of keeping your pet(s) out of the way while we do our work. This is for both the safety and well being of your pet(s) since we usually work with so many different chemicals during the cleaning process.

What time will Exult Professional Cleaning show up?

We do not provide set times because the nature of our business. Since each home or business may require more attention then others. We want to make certain your service, just like any other get’s the full attention it deserves. We can however call you once we are on our way as a courtesy. Our normal hours of operation are 8:00 AM till 8:00 PM Monday thru Friday, and 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM Saturday.

How long will it take my carpets to dry?

In most cases it can typically take 2-6 hours, however please allow up to 24 hours for everything to fully dry. Turning your AC on and setting any fans you have on high will speed up the drying time.
